Ready to ship in 1 business day after receipt of payment with Royal Mail First Class Recorde Signed For. Excludes bags and t-shirts, that are shipped with Royal Mail First Class without Recorde Signed For.

Delivery times:

Please note that I can only guarantee despatch times, for that reason please allow up to 7 days for delivery, as occasionally, delivery times may be longer due to postal delays or other external circumstances outside of my control.

Please report non-delivery of goods within 10 days after the designated despatch date. Situations of non delivery will be thoroughly investigated and rectified immediately. I reserve tje right to reject any claims of non-delivery that are not reported within 20 days of despatch date.

Goods lost due to incorrect address details supplied are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

I offer full refund for returned items, with a valid reason, in their original conditions and within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that return postage costs are at your own expense, I will only refund the cost of the product after receiving it.

If you request replacement products I will dispatch them to you (subject to availability) free of charge after the initial item has been returned. I also recommend that you return the item via a recorded service as proof of posting back.
